Delivery
- Free UK Mainland delivery on all Smart Fire and Neverdark products.
- Smart Fire and Neverdark fireplaces are made to order and delivered directly by the supplier’s own logistics team from London, not by a courier or pallet network.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- Delivery date and time are agreed with our supplier’s logistics team in advance. If the delivery cannot be completed at the agreed time, re-delivery charges apply.
- Lead times are confirmed at the order stage.
Returns
- Smart Fire and Neverdark fireplaces are made to order and manufactured to your specification. Under UK consumer law, bespoke goods made to order are exempt from the 14-day statutory right to cancel.
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is incorrect.
- All faulty or incorrect product returns are arranged directly with the supplier and handled by their logistics team.
- Please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery and report any visible damage before signing.

The SF Eco-Luxe 3D brings a new kind of fire to the room — one that runs on nothing but water. There is no heat output, no combustion, and no flue to install, yet the flame effect is convincingly real: a continuous ribbon of vapour that catches the light and moves like a genuine fire.
The Flame
The 3D flame effect is produced by ultrasonic water vapour technology, creating a realistic flickering flame line that can be set to one of seven colour modes, producing up to 30 transitional shades as the colours shift. Four flame-height levels let you scale the effect from a low ambient glow to a full, lively display, and the vapour density is independently adjustable for finer control over the look and feel of the flame.
Smart Control
The fireplace comes with a 2.4 GHz wireless remote control as standard, covering power, flame height, colour modes, and vapour density. Two optional upgrades are available: a WiFi module adds smartphone control through the SmartEco-Flame app and voice control through Google Home and Alexa, and a separate Smart Home integration option allows the fireplace to be connected to a wider home automation system.
Installation
Designed for built-in wall installation, the unit slides into a prepared cavity with a standard electrical connection on the right-hand side. Minimum clearances are 10 cm to the front, rear, and sides, and 50 cm overhead. The fireplace runs on AC 100–240 V (50–60 Hz), so no special wiring is needed beyond a standard socket inside the cavity.
Water Fill
The tank fills through a supplied hose — connect it to a tap for automatic filling, or fill manually from a water container. Running time ranges from 9 hours on the smallest WT24 to 18 hours on the WT60 and WT72, depending on model size and flame settings. Because the fireplace runs on water alone, there are no ongoing fuel costs and no residue to clean.
