- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Developed by Planika, this burner uses patented BEV™ (Burning Ethanol Vapour) technology. Instead of burning liquid fuel directly, the bioethanol is first converted into vapour before ignition. This ensures a cleaner and safer flame, making it one of the most advanced bioethanol systems available.
Remote Controlled Convenience
The BEV Burner 700 is fully automatic and easy to operate. Control the flame using the included remote or the integrated panel on the unit, allowing you to adjust settings without leaving your seat.
Adjustable Flame Levels
Choose between two flame settings to suit your needs:
Standard mode: higher flame and heat output
Eco mode: reduced fuel consumption with a softer flame
