The Neverdark Around is a round freestanding bioethanol fireplace built around a volumetric burner that produces a three-dimensional flame visible from every angle. Ceramic logs, lava stones, and glowing fibre fill the circular flame bed. The Around sits on a cylindrical matte black podium — compact enough to place in the centre of a room, between chairs, or at the heart of a table arrangement.
Available in three formats: Around Single (cylindrical pedestal), Around Patio (a taller version suited to terraces and outdoor-adjacent spaces), and Around Coffee (integrated into a round ceramic or stone-topped coffee table). Controlled via mobile app and remote control. No chimney, no installation. Made to order, price on request.
The Around is a fire you can sit around. A round volumetric burner sits at the top of a cylindrical matte black podium, its three-dimensional flame rising through ceramic logs and lava stones and visible from every direction. It requires no chimney, no installation, and no fixed position — place it wherever the room calls for it.
A 360° Volumetric Flame
The Around uses Neverdark's patented volumetric burner in a circular format — flames rising from multiple points through a bed of handmade ceramic logs, lava stones, and glowing fibre, visible in all directions simultaneously. The cylindrical protective glass surround is available as an optional extra, containing the flame while keeping the view of the fire unobstructed from every angle.
Three Formats
The Around is available in three configurations. Around Single is the standard cylindrical podium format — the burner sits at the top of a matte black steel cylinder, suited to living rooms, dining spaces, or any interior where fire at mid-height is the right choice. Around Patio is a taller variant designed for outdoor terraces and garden spaces, with the same burner at a standing height. Around Coffee integrates the burner into a round coffee table with a ceramic or stone top, available in different stone colours — the fire sits at the centre of the table surface, with seating arranged around it.
Refuelling and Control
The Around uses a replaceable fuel canister system rather than an integrated automatic refuelling module — to refuel, remove the spent canister and replace it with a full one. There is no control panel on the unit itself; a minimal LED indicator shows the operating status. The flame level is adjusted via the included remote control or the Neverdark mobile app.
No Installation Required
The Around is freestanding and requires no fixing, no chimney, and no installation. It does not require a power connection — the canister fuel system is entirely self-contained. Place it wherever it suits and move it freely.
