- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns

- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

The Muztag Tilt Sensor is a replacement safety component for Muztag outdoor gas patio heaters. Fitted as standard to every Muztag heater, the tilt sensor monitors the unit's position during use and triggers an automatic shut-off the moment it detects the heater has fallen over — cutting the gas supply before the situation can escalate.
Every Muztag gas patio heater is built with a tilt sensor as part of its safety system. This is the direct replacement for that component — for when the original has been damaged, lost during maintenance, or simply stopped working as it should.
What It Does
The tilt sensor monitors the angle of the heater during operation. If the unit falls over — whether from wind, an accidental knock, or an uneven surface — the sensor detects the change in position and immediately cuts the gas supply. This automatic shut-off happens without any action from the user, which is exactly the point.
It is a small part, but it is the part that prevents a toppled heater from becoming a fire hazard. Muztag include it as standard on every unit they produce for a reason.
When to Replace It
If the tilt sensor on your Muztag heater has been physically damaged, is giving false readings, or the heater is cutting out incorrectly during normal use, this replacement unit will restore the safety system to its original factory specification.
A Muztag patio heater should not be operated without a fully functioning tilt sensor in place.
