- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Dimplex Cassette 500 Burner
At the heart of the fireplace is a Dimplex Cassette 500 burner. The flame can be switched on and adjusted in size to suit your preferred ambience.
You can choose between two versions:
The manual model is filled with tap water and provides up to around 10 hours of operation per refill
The automatic model connects directly to a water supply and maintains water levels automatically

Constructed from 4 mm powder-coated stainless steel, the fireplace combines durability with a clean, modern look. The black finish enhances the flame effect while remaining understated and versatile.
