- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Dimplex Cassette 1000 Burner
At the core of the fireplace is a Dimplex Cassette 1000 burner, delivering a wide and immersive flame effect across the full length of the unit. The flame can be easily switched on and adjusted to suit your preferred mood.
You can choose between two versions:
The manual model is filled with tap water and provides up to around 10 hours of operation per refill
The automatic model connects directly to a water supply and maintains water levels automatically for continuous use
