- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).

- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Dimplex Cassette 1000 Burner
At the core of the fireplace is a Dimplex Cassette 1000 burner, delivering a broad and immersive flame experience. The flame can be turned on and adjusted in size to match your desired ambience.
You can choose between two versions:
The manual model is filled with tap water and provides up to around 10 hours of operation per refill
The automatic model connects directly to a water supply and maintains water levels automatically for continuous use

Constructed from 4 mm powder-coated stainless steel, the fireplace combines durability with a clean, modern design. The black finish enhances the depth and clarity of the flames, allowing them to stand out beautifully within the space.
