- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

The Foco Myst Two 1000 is a stylish built-in hybrid fireplace designed with a two-sided, see-through opening. Using advanced Opti-myst technology, the fireplace produces lifelike flames from ultra-fine water vapour illuminated by LED lighting. The result is a natural, dynamic flame effect—completely free from heat, smoke, or soot—offering a safe and low-maintenance alternative to traditional fireplaces.
Designed for Double-Sided Installations
Open on two opposite sides, the Foco Myst Two 1000 creates a beautiful visual link between rooms. It works perfectly as a modern room divider, allowing the ambience of the flames to be shared across both spaces.
Dimplex Cassette 500 Burner
At the core of the fireplace is a Dimplex Cassette 500 burner. The flame can be switched on and adjusted in size to suit your preferred atmosphere.
You can choose between two versions:
The manual model is filled with tap water and provides up to around 10 hours of operation per refill
The automatic model connects directly to a water supply and maintains water levels automatically for continuous use

Constructed from 4 mm powder-coated stainless steel, the fireplace offers both durability and a refined, modern appearance. The black finish enhances the depth and clarity of the flame while blending seamlessly into a wide range of interiors.
