The AquaFire Base 40 Logs is a compact and easy solution for bringing the look of a real fire into your home—without heat, smoke, or installation. Designed to sit neatly inside an existing fireplace opening, it instantly transforms unused spaces into a warm and inviting feature.
Realistic Flames Without Heat
Using Opti-myst technology, the AquaFire creates a lifelike flame effect from fine water vapour illuminated by LED lights. The result is a soft, natural flame appearance that adds ambience to your room, while remaining completely safe and cool to the touch.
Compact Size for Flexible Placement
With a width of approximately 40 cm, this model is ideal for smaller fireplace openings. The included decorative logs sit above the cassette, allowing the flame effect to rise through them for a more authentic and cosy look.
Powered by Dimplex Cassette 400/600
At the heart of the fireplace is a Dimplex Cassette 400/600 unit. It holds up to 1.2 litres of water and can run for up to around 8 hours on a single fill. Refilling is quick and simple using standard tap water.
Easy Maintenance
The flame effect is created using a transducer, which typically lasts between 6–12 months depending on use. It can be replaced in just a few minutes, keeping maintenance straightforward and cost-effective.
Plug-and-Play Convenience
No installation is required—simply place the unit where you want it and plug it into a standard 230V socket. No chimney, flue, or ventilation is needed, making it ideal for modern homes and apartments.
