Using advanced Opti-myst technology, this fireplace creates a natural flame effect from fine water vapour illuminated by LED lights. The result is a soft, realistic glow that adds atmosphere without producing heat, making it perfect for year-round use.
Compact Design for Flexible Use
At approximately 40 cm wide, the AquaFire Base 40 fits neatly into a wide range of fireplace openings. Its simple, freestanding design allows it to be placed directly into position with no structural changes required.
Powered by Dimplex Cassette 400/600
At the heart of the unit is a Dimplex Cassette 400/600 burner. With a 1.2-litre water capacity, it can operate for up to around 8 hours on a single fill. Refilling is quick and easy using standard tap water.
Low Maintenance and Easy Care
The flame effect is created using a transducer, which typically lasts between 6–12 months depending on usage. Replacement is quick and straightforward, helping keep maintenance simple and cost-effective.
Plug-and-Play Installation
There’s no installation required—simply place the unit where you want it and plug it into a standard 230V socket. No chimney, flue, or ventilation is needed.
