- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

A full-width replacement glass panel for the Foco 800 built-in bioethanol fireplace. Toughened for heat resistance, it sits across the full front face of the burner opening, protecting the flame from draughts while keeping the view of the fire unobstructed.

This 800 mm panel spans the full width of the burner opening on the Foco 800. It is the direct replacement for the original glass — for when the existing panel has been damaged or needs to be swapped out during maintenance.
