- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Personalise your fireplace experience with multiple colour options. Choose between orange, blue, or multi-colour flames, and combine them with adjustable ember bed colours. With up to 9 combinations available, you can easily match the ambience to your space.

The built-in heater features two settings—750W and 1500W—providing effective supplementary warmth when needed. The heat function can also be switched off, allowing you to enjoy the flame effect all year round.
