- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Flexible Built-In or Wall-Mounted Installation
The Titanite offers complete flexibility, allowing you to install it either recessed into a wall or mounted directly onto it. Its front-facing heat outlet ensures safe and effective performance in both configurations.

Powered by energy-efficient LED technology, the Titanite delivers a vibrant and lifelike flame display. With 13 different flame colour combinations, you can easily customise the look to match your interior or mood. The included decorative crystals and logs enhance the realism and visual depth.
Adjustable Heating for Comfort
The built-in heater features two heat settings—750W and 1500W—providing reliable supplementary warmth when needed. The integrated thermostat allows for automatic temperature control, helping maintain a comfortable environment. For warmer days, the flame effect can be used independently without heat.
