- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Using energy-efficient LED technology, the Pyrope creates a realistic and atmospheric flame display. Choose between three flame colours—yellow, blue, or a combination of both—to suit your style and create the perfect ambience.
Adjustable Heating for Year-Round Use
The built-in fan heater offers two heat settings—750W and 1500W—providing effective supplementary warmth when needed. The heating function can be turned off, allowing you to enjoy the flame effect on its own throughout the year.
Ideal for Smaller to Medium Spaces
With up to 1500W of heat output, the Pyrope is suitable for insulated rooms up to approximately 37 m², making it ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or snug spaces.
