- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Glow Flame Fibre for Bio Fireplace
The Glow Flame Fibre is a decorative accessory placed in the bed of a bioethanol burner to enhance the visual effect of the flame. The fine fibre material catches and reflects the light of the fire, creating a warm, glowing ember effect at the base of the flame that adds depth and character to the overall fire appearance. It is a simple addition that makes a noticeable difference to the way the fire looks — particularly effective in fireplaces where the burner is directly visible.
A warmer, more layered flame effect
Placed around and beneath the flame opening of the burner, the fibre creates the impression of glowing embers — the kind of warm, deep base that distinguishes a real wood fire from a clean modern burner. The effect is subtle rather than theatrical, adding warmth and texture to the flame without competing with it. It works well on its own or in combination with decorative ceramic logs or pebbles.
Lightweight and easy to position
The fibre is extremely lightweight at under 1 gram per piece and can be arranged freely around the burner opening to suit the installation. It is heat-resistant and designed for repeated use within the normal operating temperature of a bioethanol burner. Compatible with all standard bioethanol burners and fireplace formats — built-in, freestanding, and wall-mounted.
