- £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
- Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Ceramics Birchwood — 6 Piece Decorative Log Set
The ScandiFlames Ceramics Birchwood set brings a distinctly Scandinavian character to a bioethanol fireplace. Six ceramic logs finished in white with fine grain detailing — modelled on the clean, pale tones of birchwood — are arranged around and above the burner to frame the flame in a way that feels contemporary rather than rustic. The effect is considered and calm, well suited to modern and minimalist interiors where a traditional brown log set would look out of place.

Each log is cast in ceramic and finished in white with subtle surface detail that captures the texture of birch bark. The pale finish reads particularly well against the orange and yellow of a live bioethanol flame — the contrast is striking without being busy.
