Delivery

  • £29 UK Mainland delivery. Free on orders over £500.
  • Additional charges apply to Scottish Highlands and rural areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
  • We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
  • UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
  • Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
  • Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

  • 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
  • We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
