- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).
- UK-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. EU-stocked items typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks.
- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

The Cocoon Aeris Screw Set contains everything needed to mount the Aeris ceiling bracket — four heavy-duty screws and four rawplugs, sized and rated for ceiling installation. If the original fixings have been lost or the set was not included with a used unit, this replacement pack gets the installation back on track quickly.
Compatible exclusively with the Cocoon Aeris suspended bioethanol fireplace.
