- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish offshore islands (Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles).

- Larger fireplaces and media wall units are delivered on a pallet, kerbside only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Returns
- 14-day return request window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- We may deduct from your refund for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Indoor bioethanol burner designed for custom fireplace installations. Clean-burning and smoke-free, it produces a real open flame without the need for a chimney, flue or wiring, making it ideal for bespoke indoor features and architectural projects.
Cocoon Fires 2.0 Burner
The Cocoon Fires 2.0 Burner is the replacement and upgrade burner for the full range of Cocoon Fires bioethanol fireplaces. Whether the original burner has reached the end of its service life or you are upgrading an earlier model to the current system, the 2.0 brings enhanced performance and a cleaner, more integrated appearance — the burner sits flush within the shell of the fireplace rather than sitting visibly on top of it. It is also the correct burner for bespoke installations where a Cocoon shell is being used as the basis for a custom fireplace design.
Enhanced performance with less fuel
The Cocoon 2.0 Burner System is engineered to deliver higher heat output relative to fuel consumption than its predecessor. The 1.5-litre capacity provides up to 5 hours of burn time per fill, with a heat output of approximately 3 kW — enough warmth for rooms up to 45 m³. The flame is manually adjustable via a sliding mechanism, allowing the intensity and burn duration to be balanced to suit the room and the occasion.
A sleeker, more integrated design
The 2.0 system is visually integrated into the Cocoon shell rather than sitting as a separate component within it, giving the fireplace a cleaner, more considered appearance when in use and when not. The steel construction is compact — 23.3 cm wide, 23.3 cm deep, and just 6.2 cm in height — making it unobtrusive within the shell and straightforward to install and remove for refuelling.
Compatible with all Cocoon Fires models
The Cocoon Fires 2.0 Burner is compatible across the full range of Cocoon Fires fireplace shells, including the Aeris, the original Cocoon, and other models in the range. If you are unsure whether the 2.0 system is compatible with an older Cocoon model, the manufacturer's compatibility guide or your original purchase documentation will confirm. No tools are required to fit or remove the burner.
Clean-burning, no chimney required
Bioethanol burns without producing smoke, soot, or ash. The burner is lit with a long-reach lighter and extinguished by sliding the cover mechanism closed. Fill only with the fuel you plan to use in a single session — bioethanol left in an open burner will evaporate over time.
