Foco Room Divider 1000
The Foco Room Divider 1000 is a three-sided built-in bioethanol fireplace designed to be built into a partition wall and viewed from three sides — front, left, and right. At 100 cm wide and 40 cm deep, it is the full-depth version of the Room Divider range, suited to walls with sufficient recess to accommodate a more substantial installation. The flame is open on three sides, making the fire a shared focal point between two connected spaces. A 4-litre Superior manual burner is included as standard. Optional automatic burner upgrades are available on request.
A three-sided flame with real depth
The 4-litre Superior burner produces up to 4.4 kW of heat output with a flame length of 60 cm, comfortably heating rooms up to 80 m³. Flame height is adjustable, and the fire draws only on ambient room air — no chimney, flue, or gas connection is required. Three tempered glass panels are included, one for each open side, to steady the flame and frame it cleanly from every viewing angle.
Full-depth construction — 40 cm
Unlike the Slim variant, the Room Divider 1000 has a full 40 cm depth, giving it greater interior volume and the structural weight of a more permanent installation. The 4 mm stainless steel frame in black powder-coated finish is consistent with the rest of the Foco range — durable, neutral, and designed to recede into the wall rather than draw attention away from the flame.
No certification required to install
Installation does not require professional certification and can be carried out by anyone with solid DIY competence. The frame is set into the prepared wall opening, glass panels are fixed to the three open sides, and the burner is placed inside. No electrical connection is required for the standard manual configuration. Where the wall is combustible, fire-rated insulation boards — Skamotec, fermacell, or equivalent — must be used to line the recess before installation.
Clean-burning, low maintenance
Bioethanol burns without smoke, soot, or ash. The burner is lit with a long-reach lighter and extinguished by closing the cover plate. Flame height is adjusted by varying the burner opening. Fill only with the fuel you plan to use in a single session.
